Global Discount Approval is set to "Manager required" — every preset enforces approval regardless of its individual setting. Lower the global policy to allow per-preset overrides.

Every policy here is stored on the restaurant itself. Deep config (per-printer IPs, Square OAuth, KDS PINs) still lives on its own page — this overview links out, never duplicates.
